Our friend Tara is in a great rock band called "Watch for Wildlife," and we made plans to attend a show she was doing up in Longmont. But, because this band is REALLY rocking, I knew we needed to get some ear protection for Ela. Our friend Mira Grace (age 2) has cool noise-protection earmuffs made for kids, so we headed to the baby store to pick some up.

The ear protection we got for Ela was truly amazing. When the band (electric guitar, bass, and drums) first kicked in, she didn't even stir. She actually ended up sleeping through almost the entire set -- while Mom danced.
